What families are saying

I am so pleased with the work that has been done for my Ken. The staff have put in so much effort to keep him happy and safe and to stop him rolling out of bed. I am so happy with the interventions, and I particularly love the projector on his roof.

On behalf of the McKeever family, I would like to convey our sincere thanks for the extra care and support given to Mum on the occasion of her 100th birthday. She was prepared beautifully for this special event and looked amazing. There was also a great sense of celebration amongst the staff and the efforts given to the decoration of the photo wall were fantastic. We are truly appreciative of your wonderful work and thank you.

I would like to congratulate our head chef, Judy, for the great Mother’s Day menu that she made! [...] I was proud to have my daughter share meals for the day on her recent visit from another state. Visitors are always offered refreshment whether they are here for morning or afternoon tea and the staff are always helpful.
