What families are saying

My brother has been at Costa House for respite & is currently transitioning into permanent care. This has been a big move for both Lindsay and his family but the staff & office people have been most compassionate and helpful - steering us gently through the process and making it quite seamless.

The community is buzzing with how great Tongala is now. Tongala has come a long way from where it was a few months ago. Well done to everyone for restoring Tongala's former glory back.

No "home" would ever be like home, but Tyler Village is doing a very good job at helping it feel like one. It is homelike, the staff are friendly and they provide very good care.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for the wonderful care you provide. My mum truly loves being here, and it is clear to me that this is because of the cheerful and happy environment you create every day. Your kindness, dedication, and positivity make such a difference, and I am deeply grateful for the way you support and care for her.

I visited a resident today in Cohuna Village and was most impressed by the how lovely the home looked. It was very clean and smelled lovely. The staff were very helpful and the ones to whom I spoke were very knowledgeable about Dementia Care. The residents were very well cared for. It was a delight to visit the home.
