Eligible clients can receive one Domestic Assistance service of up to 1 hour per calendar month at no cost when they receive a minimum of 3 hours of Personal Care per calendar week (at least 12 hours of Personal Care services with Respect per calendar month).

• Personal Care can be delivered in 30-minute or 1-hour increments.
• The complimentary Domestic Assistance service must be provided immediately following a Personal Care service.
• There is no client contribution and no charge against the client’s Support at Home funding for the complimentary Domestic Assistance service.
• All applicable client contributions and service charges continue to apply to Personal Care services.
• Both Personal Care and Domestic Assistance must be delivered by Respect employees. Services provided by external providers or third-party workers are not eligible.
• Clients must be eligible and have MAC approval for the relevant service types.
• The offer is available only to clients who engage directly with Respect for their Support at Home services and are not referred through a third-party agency, referral partner or paid referral arrangement. Clients must have commenced and maintained their Support at Home engagement directly with Respect to be eligible for the offer.
• Offer available from 1 October 2026.
• Offer available until 31 July 2027. Respect reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at its discretion at any time.
