Home Care Service Providers Launceston, Tasmania
For many, the idea of moving out of home and into a retirement home or aged care facility can be incredibly daunting. Currently, there are options for ageing Australians who want to and can continue living at home, with in-home care assistance. At Respect, we provide home care services to residents in Launceston and across North Tasmania, including Beaconsfield and Beauty Point, offering tailored care for each individual’s needs.
Our Launceston in-home care services are accessible through the Support at Home government initiative. Eligible older Australians (65+, or 50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individuals) can access free or subsidised in-home care services with Support at Home funding. Our professional carers are committed to providing high-quality personal and medical home care, ensuring every resident is provided with the level of care that they need.
Get in touch with Respect today to learn about the eligibility for subsidised in-home care or to get assistance with Support at Home funding applications. Our care advisors can guide you through the application process over the phone.
Support at Home Program
On 1 November 2025, the Support at Home program replaced the Home Care Packages (HCP) program, providing easier access to and more comprehensive care for ageing Australians who need support for living at home.
