$2,000 sign-on bonus:
Offer valid for any new Personal Care Assistant (PCA) hired during the period 24/11/2023 – 24/1/2024. The $2,000 bonus offer is for full-time positions, and pro-rata incentive will be offered for part-time & casual hires. Offer only applies to new contracts signed after the commencement date. The bonus will be payable following the 2-week induction and training period. Sign-on bonus conditional upon new hire remaining in employment for a continuous 12-month period. If the staff member leaves within that 12-month period, they will be required to repay the bonus amount.
