[...] Upon Mum's admission to Fred French [Home], we found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming towards Mum and family members. Every time I see Mum she tells me how kind and nice the staff at Fred French [Home] are to her and how happy she is to be living there and also that she feels very grateful to have secured such a lovely room in such a wonderful place.

I visited a resident today in Cohuna Village and was most impressed by the how lovely the home looked. It was very clean and smelled lovely. The staff were very helpful and the ones to whom I spoke were very knowledgeable about Dementia Care. The residents were very well cared for. It was a delight to visit the home.

From the moment that Mum went to stay at St Ann's I can only think of positive things to say. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. We are really glad that we chose St Ann's and have seen Mum go from strength to strength due to the high level of care. With the new renovations it's more like a holiday resort that a nursing home.
